Individual Educator Submissions

All participants must be individual educators- teachers, administrators, or curriculum specialists- submitting their own work (no team entries).

Four Deliverables

You will submit four sequential deliverables, from an AI-assisted Problem Statement to a final Refined Proposal. Each deliverable builds on the previous one, ensuring a deep dive into AI-based solutions for your classroom or school context.

Registration Period: Feb 5 – Mar 31, 2025

Round 1 Deliverables (1, 2, 3) Due: Apr 1, 2025

Round 2 Deliverable (4) Due: May 1, 2025

Judging Criteria

Submissions are evaluated on Relevance & Problem Clarity, Innovation & Practicality, Critique Depth, Refinement Quality, and Overall Impact.

Finalists & Summit

The Top 10 finalists will attend our June 2025 Educators Summit- a collaborative workshop where they'll refine solutions and help shape an official Whitepaper scheduled for release in August 2025.

Responsible Use of AI

While participants are encouraged to use AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to develop and refine ideas, please follow ethical guidelines, credit AI-generated content, and ensure the final proposal reflects genuine educational insights.
