Jakarta, Indonesia - November 23, 2025 - The 20th International Robothon Competition concluded successfully at Thamrin Nine Ballroom, Jakarta, Indonesia, marking another milestone for STEM robotics education in Asia. Organized by Robothon Asia with support from regional education ministries, the event gathered outstanding young talents from Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, and Thailand. This is the first time that the International Robothon has welcomed participants from India.

This year’s competition, themed “TERRA PROTOCOL - Rebuilding Earth with Sustainable Innovation” challenged students to apply robotics, AI, and digital twin technology to address real-world industrial problems. A total of 138 teams competed across three categories: Leanbot (85 teams), Open (17 teams), and VEX (36 teams)- reflecting the event’s steadily expanding scale and regional impact.

Leanbot and Pythaverse: Advancing Digital Twin Learning Across Asia
