Jakarta Moves Toward Smart Education with Pythaverse and Robotic Explorer

On March 19–20, 2025, BPMP DKI Jakarta Province, in collaboration with PT. Robotic Explorer, held a major workshop titled “Empower K-12 STEM Education With Pythaverse Leanbot, Coding, AI, and Digital Twin Learning Platform” at the Mitra Nusantara Building.

The event gathered leaders from Jakarta’s education sector, including representatives from junior and senior high schools, BPMP officials, and key figures from the Ministry of Education and Culture, such as Gogot Suharwoto (Director General for Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education) and Moch. Salim Somad (Director of Primary Schools).

The workshop focused on accelerating the integration of AI, coding, and digital tools in schools using the Pythaverse Leanbot platform. It was facilitated by experts from Robotic Explorer, ASABA, and Pythaverse, including Eris Anwar Firdaus.

The most significant outcome of the event was the signing of a Joint Commitment between BPMP Jakarta and PT. Robotic Explorer to develop the Smart Technology Program—a strategic initiative to improve education quality through advanced technologies and digital pedagogy.

This aligns perfectly with Indonesia’s national agenda to make programming and AI compulsory subjects by the 2025–2026 academic year.
